We
have numerous inquiries from people who have been to Indonesia
and shipped back containers of products to sell from warehouses
or at markets and fairs. If you are interested, we can accommodate
your orders for items not shown in our catalog, especially
for Balinese handicrafts. If you'd like us to act as your buying
agents here, we can probably get
better prices and quality than you have been able to find by yourself. In
any case, we'll be happy to arrange shipments from manufacturers
you already using. You'll find that there won't be a big
price difference, after you include your savings on transportation,
lodging and hassle.

Lead times for
the products vary. We can confirm timing when you order, but Furniture
generally requires one to two months and Handicrafts
around 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the size of your order. Handicraft
and Furniture manufacturers rarely keep stock, so as rule, everything
is made to order.Our
terms for ordering are easy:
Our prices
are quoted in US-Dollars , Euros
or Local curency Rupiah and we require
a minimum of US$ 500 per order.
Upon receiving
your order by e-mail or fax we will issue a sales confirmation
along with information about production time and if it is required,
an estimation of shipping costs. If you in agreement by confirming
the sales confirmation, we will then request a 50% deposit of
the total value of your goods to our account. Upon completion
of your order and prior to shipping we will ask you to transfer
the remaining balance that is due by time of shipping.
We can
accept your payment in Indonesian Rupiah or in US-Dollar. If you
choose Indonesian Rupiah you will be required to convert your
payment into Rupiah prior to transfer. Exchange Rate will be set
at less than the actual bank rate to compensate for any fluctuations
that may occur during the time of transfer and receiving the payment.
In the event we receive a higher amount than your Invoice total
we will credit you this amount in goods of equal value or for
future orders. If we receive less than the required amount we
will ask for further payment or reduce the order equal to this
value. No fuss, of course, about a few dollars.
Please
note, that we do not accept letters of credit as the banking situation
here in Indonesia makes it expensive and difficult to obtain.
